Our office strives to be paperless as much as possible, as we try to minimize the use of physical materials for our patients and time spent in the waiting room filling out paper work. Therefore, prior to your office appointment, it is imperative that you set up your Northshore Connect online portal for completing patient intake forms, uploading outside imaging studies, and checking your diagnostic results. This significantly reduces the amount of time our clinic staff needs to get you ready to see Dr. Baker - thus minimizing wait time.
